Thunderbird Movie Stars

Carol Brugmans' 1966 Thunderbird convertible is similar to the one used in Thelma & Louiseonly the interior colour is aqua and not white as the movie car had.When movies are shot remotely away from Hollywood often local cars are sourced and rented from local owners.  In the Coast to Coast movie two cars were purchased,  repainted in identical colours. Interiors dyed to match for the movie. Both cars were sold afterwards.
